We are in another age now. Not many people go home, sit at a dedicated writing desk, dip their quill into the inkwell, and write. You might go home and type on the computer though. Teens are busy, very busy. So let me suggest a modern day, on the go way to write. In an app called Evernote. I just discovered it for myself and I'm loving it. I found a website that has templates you can download onto your phone and you could spend 5 minutes a day (or week) journaling.
